The Silver Eel is located on the banks of the river Shannon at a place called Grange Lake. This is a major tourism area with fishing, swimming, water skiing, canoeing etc. on the lake. It is a favourite location for Cruisers who can moor their boats in the harbour and enjoy a night indoors.
